Summary

Part of a package of four bills to establish Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme fuel credits, the bill amends the:

Customs Tariff Act 1995
to ensure reductions made to excise rates on fuels also apply to relevant imported products; and
Customs Tariff Amendment (ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement Implementation) Act 2009
to make a minor technical amendment.
